Yin Yoga, lead by Michelle Strenk, is a welcome and necessary restorative pause from routine aerobic and strength training.  Each session creates an opportunity to quietly focus, deeply stretch and strengthen individual muscle groups, connective tissue and joints.  I look forward to each class knowing I will feel great as tension and anxiety is simply left behind on the gym floor.  Thanks to Michelle for directing these valuable sessions!
