Meet Bhakti Yoga MKE

Connection of self through presence 

Michelle has practiced yoga and meditation for several years and received her 200 RYT certification in 2019 at Healium Hot Yoga in Bayview Wisconsin.  She is certified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga through My Vinyasa Practice and certified in Yin Yoga through Arhanta Yoga Ashrams with Ram Jain. 

Michelle’s teaching is grounded in a light hearted love for all and a devotion to being a life long student. 

She believes that yoga is meant for everyone and is the path to healing the mind and the body and the longevity of life. 


As an experienced Yoga Instructor , my goal is to help your body and mind connect, through hatha, yin and trauma sensitive teachings. 


Situated in the Milwaukee area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. 


Body size, shape, flexibility and strength are not to be obstacles but rather honored. Through yoga and meditation you can move closer to your authentic self.
